- 3M Brand Mill Rolls
This exciting new product has been developed to replace Rubber, Urethane and Neoprene roll surfaces. Manufactured from highly compressed non-woven fibre, the 3M Mill Roll will give more effective wringing and squeegee action with drastically reduced carry-out. Similarly, it will allow much more precise monitoring of film thickness in oiling and allied applications.
Tensioning and Bridling is easier due to a friction coefficient 1.5x higher than rubber on dry metal strip and 45x higher on wet.
